| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察电针治疗常年性变应性鼻炎 (PAR)临床疗效。方法 :患者 98例按随机分法分为治疗组和对照组 ,其中治疗组取蝶腭神经节、鼻三针为主穴进行电针治疗 ;对照组口服西替利嗪片。结果 :治疗组近期总有效率为 88.89% ;远期总有效率为 6 5 .0 8% ,均优于对照组 (分别为 77.14 % ,5 1.4 3% ) ,经统计学处理具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗组中 ,不同病程的患者其疗效亦具显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :电针治疗PAR疗效优于西药 ,且具起效快 ,无副作用 ,不易复发等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods:98 cases with perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment was treated with electroacupuncture at sphenoid-palate ganglion,three acupoints near nose as main,and the control group was treated with cetirizine.Results:The total effective rate for treatment group was 88.89% in the near future,and 65.08% in the long time,respectively superior to that in the control group 77.14% and 51.43%.There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of electroaccupuncture on perennial allergic rhinitis is better than drugs. |
