护理人员亚健康状态评价及其与工作倦怠的关系研究

摘    要:目的:评价护理人员亚健康状态的流行现状,并探讨护理人员亚健康状态与工作倦怠的相关关系。方法:采用整群随机方法抽取福建省福州市某两个省级医院临床各科护理人员388名,采用问卷调查的方式对研究对象进行亚健康状态和工作倦怠的调查。结果:①低年龄组护理人员的心理亚健康得分最高(P〈0.05);工龄为5~10年的护理人员的亚健康状态3个维度得分均较其他年龄组高(P〈0.01);家庭人均收入低于1500元及离婚或丧偶的护理人员的的社会亚健康得分较其他组高(P〈0.01);轮班作业护理人员的生理亚健康得分较高(P〈0.05)。②亚健康状态三个维度得分与工作倦怠得分成正相关关系。③多因素分析结果显示在控制其他影响因素的作用下,工作倦怠是护理人员亚健康状态重要的危险因素。结论:护理人员的亚健康状态不容忽视,应积极预防护理人员的工作倦怠以改善他们的亚健康状态。

Abstract:Objective:To describe the sub-health status and to explore the relationship between burnout and sub-health status among nurses. Methods:The sample consisted of 388 nurses from two hospitals in Fujian province by the method of stratified cluster random sampling. The job burnout was measured by the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) and the sub-health status was interviewed by the questionnaire made by ourselves. Results:There were significant differences in the scores of sub-health status among different age groups,working experience,per capita family income,marital status,education level and shift work groups ( P〈0.05); job burnout was correlated negatively with the sub-health status among nurses (P〈0.01); job burnout was the most significant predictor of sub-health status. Conclusion:It is important to prevent job burnout for improving the sub-health status among nurses in China.
