| 摘 要： | 1病案实录欧某，女，56岁。初诊日期：2003年8月11日。患者于1个月前因患甲状腺功能亢进症，服用他巴唑，1周后出现皮肤、巩膜黄染。在当地某三甲医院查肝功能示：总胆红素（TB）200μmol／L，首先收入传染科治疗，后辗转内科、外科，病情继续恶化，TB升至317μmol／L，建议转中医治疗。 |
