我国医疗保险模式的探讨

随着市场经济体制的建立,我国已形成多种经济形式并存的局面,因此单一的医疗保险模式不能适应各种人群医疗保险的需要,也不适应社会经济发展的需要。因此本文设想了我国医疗保险改革的新模式,即建立多层次、多形式的混合型医疗保险模式,并对这一模式及其特点加以论证。
