| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨D-二聚体监测在下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）诊治中的意义。方法：采用Sys-mex-CA 7000全自动血液凝固分析仪对95位DVT患者在治疗前,治疗后3 d、1周、10 d及治疗结束后的D-二聚体含量。结果：DVT患者D-二聚体值在急性期内含量较高,治疗后7 d下降至溶栓前水平,治疗后10 d较溶栓前下降明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：动态监测D-二聚体水平对于下肢DVT的诊治具有指导意义。 |
