| 摘 要： | 目的：观察通瘀解毒口服液治疗高血压性脑出血疗效。方法：将76例高血压脑出血患者随机分为治疗组38例，对照组38例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用通瘀解毒口服液，每次30mL，每日2次，28d为1个疗程。结累：两者在治疗后均有明显疗效，但治疗组在愈显率和日常生活活动评分(ADL)优于对照组：73．68％，52．62％(P＜0．05)，(ADL)(P＜0．01)。结论：在常规治疗基础上加用通瘀解毒口服液可以明显提高疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Tongyujiedu Oral Liquid on hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage(HCH). Methods: 76 patients with HCH were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, 38 cases vs 38 cases. The control group accepted conventional treatment. The treated group was treated with a conventional treatment with the addition of Tongyujiedu Oral Liquid, 30mL twice one day. The therapeutic course for both groups was 28 days. Results: There is a signifcant improvement after treatment, but the total marked effective rate in the treated group is 73.68%, while the control group is 52.62%(P<0.05). There is significant difference in the activities of daily living(ADL)(P<0.01) between two groups. Conclusion: Tongyujiedu Oral Liquid can significantly improved the curative effect. |
