糖尿病患者疾病知识掌握程度与并发症的关系

目的：分析糖尿病患对糖尿病知识掌握程度与并发症的关系。方法：对236例Ⅱ型糖尿病患的糖尿病知识程度进行试卷测试、评分,并了解并发症的发生。根据糖尿病知识的掌握程度进行分组,比较与分析血糖控制水平、并发症检出率。结果：糖尿病知识掌握良好的患平均年龄大,病程长,化程度高,血糖控制较好,并发症少,与糖尿病知识掌握较差的患相比,有显性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：糖尿病知识教育提高了患对糖尿病的认识和治疗顺应性,降低了各种慢性并发症的发生率。

Correlations between diabetic and complications and degrees of mastering diabetic tenowledge

Objective To study the correlations between diabetic education and complications.Methods A survey was done in236type II diabetics by questionnaire about diabetic education and their complications.They were grouped based on their understanding about diabetes.Their control conditions of blood glucose and detectable rates of complications were compared and analyzed.Res ults In the group with good mastery of diabetic knowledge,the patients were older in average age,received higher education,had long disease course,well controlled at blood glucose and had fewer complications.The difference was significant compared with those with poor knowledge(P<0.05).Conclus ion Diabetic education improves their awareness of diabetes and adaptation at treatment and thus reduces the occurrences of complications.
