多对引物PCR方法鉴别尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣

摘    要:应用多对引物PCR方法对尖锐湿疣95例和假性湿疣33例进行了鉴别。结果95例尖锐湿疣中86例(90.5%)HPV6/11DNA阳性,33例假性湿疣HPVDNA阴性,两组有非常显著差别(P<0.001)。本研究结果显示假性湿疣与HPV无关。PCR方法准确、省时、方便,是鉴别尖锐湿疣与假性湿疣的理想方法。

Abstract:Condylomata acuminata were differentiated from pseudocondyloma by using multiple primer pairs polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique,The paraffin-embedded tissues of 95 cases of condylomata acuminata and 33 cases of pseudocondyloma were detected for HPV DNA. Results show that HPV 6/11 DNA are found in 86/95(90.5%)cases of condvlomata acuminata,and no HPV DNA is detected in 33 cases of pseudocondyloma,The results suggest that pseudocondyloma is not associated with HPV,Multiple primer pairs PCR technique is a preferable method for differentiating condylomata acuminata from pseudocondyloma.
