围绝经期妇女抑郁症的相关因素研究

目的探讨湖南省益阳市围绝经期妇女抑郁症的相关因素，为防治围绝经期妇女抑郁症提供依据。方法选取40-60岁的益阳市围绝经期妇女442例，通过自拟调查表进行问卷调查，再根据精神与行为障碍分类10（ICD-10）抑郁障碍的诊断标准、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD），分出抑郁组110例和非抑郁组332例，然后分析其相关因素。结果生活压力、生活水平、人格特征及躯体严重不适对抑郁组的影响明显高于非抑郁组。两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论围绝经期抑郁症的发生与其生活压力、生活水平、人格特征、躯体严重不适等因素明显相关。

Study on related factors of perimenopausal women with depression

[ Objective ] To explore the related factors of depression in perimenopausal women in Yiyang City, and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of perimenopausal women with depression. [ Methods ] Select the 40~60 age of perimenopausal women in Yiyang city in 442 cases, questionnaire survey was carried out by self-made questionnaire, then according to the classification of mental and behavioral disorders in 10 （ICD-10） diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder, Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, 110 cases into depression group and non-depression group in 332 cases, and analyze its related factors. [ Resluts ] The pressure of life, life, personality characteristics and severe physical discomfort to the depression group was significantly higher than the group without depression effect. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. [ Conclusion ] Perimenopausal depression and life pressure, life level, personality characteristics, severe physical discomfort and other factors significantly related.
