冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常的临床治疗分析

目的：研究冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常患者的临床治疗资料，为后期治疗提供可靠的参考数据。方法选取我院2012年3月-2013年2月收治的180例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者，随机把患者分为对照组及观察组各90例，对照组采用西药，观察组在对照组基础上加以中药联合治疗，分析对比两组患者用药后的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组疗效及不良反应均优于对照组，观察组总有效率为90%，而对照组总仅仅达到72.2%，组间总有效率比较，具有显著差异性。结论应用中西医结合治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常，其临床疗效显著，可有效地控制心律失常，减少不良反应，是临床用药的好方法，值得临床上大力推广。

Analysis of clinical treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease

Objective To study the clinical treatment data on ventricular arrhythmia （VA） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） caused by coronary heart disease （CHD） and to provide a reliable reference for posttreatment. Methods A total of 180 patients with CHF caused by CHD who were admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to February 2013 were randomly divided into control group （n=90） and observation group （n=90）. The control group received Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy. The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome and adverse events. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical outcome and adverse events; the observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （90% vs 72.2%）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of VA in patients with CHF caused by CHD for it can effectively control arrhythmia and reduce adverse events. It holds promise for clinical application.
