中医药诱导下调脑区激活对缺血性中风后脑功能康复作用的研究展望

针对缺血性中风后的高残障率，从诱导下调脑区激活角度，总结中医药促进中风后遗症期脑功能康复的研究现状，并剖析了其可能的研究切入途径，提出中风后脑功能康复的中医药研究应在各层面研究的基础上强化系统联系性研究，并应加强补益肝肾等新治则和多种中医药疗法协同增效的研究。

Prospects of Study on Roles of Inducing Activation of Down-regulation Cerebral Zone by Traditional Chinese Medicine in Rehabilitation of Cerebral Functions After Ischemic Stroke

This article summarizes the present situation of the study on the promotion of the rehabilitation of cerebral functions in the period of stroke sequelae by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in view of the high disability rate in China and from the angle of inducing the activation of down - regulation cerebral zone, analyzes the possible approaches to such a study and suggests that in the study on the rehabilitation of cerebral functions by TCM after stroke a systematic study of TCM effectiveness in the promotion of the rehabilitation of cerebral functions should be strengthened on the basis of all other relative studies and that the studies on such new rules of treatment as helping build up liver and kidney and on the associated augmentation of curative effectiveness by various TCM therapies should be reinforced as well.
