| 摘 要： | 目的：测定苦瓜中苦瓜苷的含量。方法：首次采用薄层扫描法，以降糖活性成分苦瓜苷为对照品，对我国不同产地苦瓜中苦瓜苷的含量进行了测定和方法学研究。结果：本法操作简便、结果准确、推广可行。结论：本研究为苦瓜中有效成分的测定及苦瓜药材及提取物的质量评价提供了科学的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To Determine the content of Charantin in Momordica charantia L..Methods: TLSC was firstly adopted to determine the content of Charantin in Momordica charantia L.from different producing areas and the methodology was examined. Results:The method was simple, accurate and feasible. Conclusion:It provided the scientific base for the determination of active constituent in Momordica charantia L. and the quality appraise of Momordica charantia L. and its extraction. |
