| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨补肾生血汤治疗肾性贫血（RA）药效学机制及中医辨证施治规律。方法：将慢性肾衰竭（CRF）肾性贫血符合入选条件者随机分为中西药结合治疗组和单纯西药治疗组,用相应药物治疗8周,观察2组病人用药前后相关指标变化。结果：补肾健脾和胃降浊中药联合西药治疗肾性贫血优于单纯西药治疗组。结论：补肾健脾和胃降浊之中药联合西药治疗更有利于肾性贫血的纠正。
