| 摘 要： | 目的制备醋酸曲安奈德凝胶，并建立其质量控制方法。方法以醋酸曲安奈德为主药，卡波姆-940为凝胶基质，制备醋酸曲安奈德凝胶。采用高效液相色谱法测定醋酸曲安奈德的含量。结果醋酸曲安奈德检测浓度在2～12mg／L范围内线形关系良好，平均回收率为100．06％，RSD=1．10％（n=9）。结论醋酸曲安奈德凝胶制备工艺简便易行，质量控制方法简单、准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare triamcinolone acetonide acetate gel and to establish its quality control method.Methods The gel was prepared by taking triamcinolone acetonide acetate as main component and Carbopol-940 as base material.The Content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in the gel was determined by HPLC.Results The calibration curve of triamcinolone acetonide acetate was liner in the range of 2~12 mg/L.The average recovery of triamcinolone acetonide acetate was 100.06%,RSD=1.10%(n=9).Conclusion The gel can be prepared simply and feasibly.The method of quality control is simple and accurate. |
