| 摘 要： | 目的了解外科围手术期病人预防性应用抗菌药物的现状及合理性。方法根据《围手术期病人抗菌药物使用合理性评价标准》,回顾性调查分析360例手术病历抗菌药物使用情况。结果围手术期抗菌药物选择不合理,围手术期用药时间、用药途径、用法不当,联合用药不合理,用药时间持续过长等较为普遍。结论医院应继续加强管理,强化医师围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理化意识。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the perioperative period in patients in surgical antibiotic prophylaxis in patients with status and reasonable.Methods According to ＂Perioperative patient evaluation of antimicrobial agents to use reasonable standards＂,360 cases of surgery in our hospital medical records of antimicrobial drug were analyzed.Results Perioperative antibiotic choice was unreasonable.Conclusion Hospital should continue to strengthen management of antibiotics to prevent the rationalization of consciousness. |
