| 摘 要： | 高血压急症是急诊科及各科室常见的临床现象，是一种危及生命的紧急状态，临床分为高血压急症和高血压亚急症。文章介绍了高血压急症和高血压亚急症的概念、治疗原则和降压目标，重点说明了血管扩张剂、钙离子通道拮抗剂、周围α受体阻滞剂及β受体阻滞剂的适应范围和注意事项。

| Abstract: | Abstract：Hypertensive emergency is a main clinical manifestation in Department of Emergency Medicine and other departments.It is a kind of emergency status threatening lives，which can be divided into hypertensive emergency and hypertensive urgency.In this article，we introduce the concepts，therapeutic principles，and pressure-reducing objectives of hypertensive emergency and hypertensive urgency，specially focusing on indications and notices of vasodilators，calcium channel antagonists，peripheral α-receptor blockers and β receptor blockers. |
