摘 要: | 目的 研究静息心率的升高与2型糖尿病的患病是否存在相关性。方法 于2010年采取整群抽样的方法选取上海嘉定区2519名40岁以上常住居民,进行了问卷调查、体格检查以及血液生化检测。糖尿病使用口服糖耐量试验进行诊断。静息心率用电子血压计进行测量。将人群按心率三分位,使用Logistic回归模型,分析随着心率水平的增高,糖尿病的患病风险情况。结果 多重线性回归模型表明,在校正了传统危险因素后,心率与空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白和空腹胰岛素均呈显著正相关。Logistic回归表明,心率≥87次/min人群的糖尿病患病风险是心率≤76次/min人群的2.42倍(OR=2.42,95%CI 1.76~3.35)。在总人群中,心率每增加10次/min,糖尿病的患病风险则增加37%。结论 在中老年人群中,静息心率的升高独立于其他的危险因素,显著增加2型糖尿病的患病风险。

Abstract: | Abstract:Objective To explore the association between elevated resting heart rate and prevalence of type 2 diabetes.Methods We recruited 2519 community-dwelling people aged equal to or more than 40 years from Jiading district,Shanghai in 2010.Questionnaire interview,anthropometric and blood biochemical measurements were conducted.Diabetes was diagnosed based on oral glucose tolerance test.Resting heart rate was measured by electronic blood pressure device.We calculated the risk for diabetes with the increase of heart rate levels using logistic regression models.Results Multiple linear regression revealed that resting heart rate was significantly associated with the four dependent indicators:FPG,Log(PPG),Log (HbA1c) and Log(F-insulin).Logistic regression model showed people with heart rates ≥87 beats/min had a 142% (OR=2.42,95% CI 1.76-3.35) higher risk of suffering from diabetes than the people with heart rate ≤76 beats/min.Every 10-beat increase of heart rate was associated with a 37% higher risk of suffering from diabetes across the whole population.Conclusion Among middle-aged and elderly Chinese population,resting heart rate,as a low-tech indicator,is independently associated with the risk of type 2 diabetes. |
