| 摘 要： | 心力衰竭(简称心衰)是一种复杂的临床综合征，可以并发各种类型的心律失常，其发生机制十分复杂。心律失常可加重心衰症状并影响预后。心衰并心律失常的治疗首先应该治疗其基础疾病，改善心功能，在此治疗基础上根据个体的实际情况，选用相应的抗心律失常药物。

| Abstract: | Abstract：Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome，which can be accompanied by all types of arrhythmia.The mechanism of heart failure with arrhythmia is complicated.Arrhythmia may aggravate the symptoms of heart failure and affect prognosis in patients.The first step of treatment for heart failure with arrhythmia is to treat the underlying diseases，improve cardiac function，and then choose the appropriate anti-arrhythmia drugs. |
