柴胡对腺苷酸环化酶的影响

摘    要:
本文以中国名药柴胡对腺苷酸环化酶活性的影响进行研究,同时以腺苷酸环化酶激活剂多巴胺作对照。结果表明,柴胡对小鼠肝细胞匀浆和艾氏腹水癌细胞的腺苷酸环化酶活性有较明显激活作用,其激活强度随柴胡浓度的增加而加强。在一定剂量范围内,药物浓度与酶反应速度呈现良好的线性关系。

Abstract:
Bupleurum chinense stimulate directly the adenylate cyclase activities of liver cells and enrich ascites cancer in mice in vitro. The activation is strengthened with the increasing of the medical doses and there is a linear relationship. In certain range, the effects between the different doses is significant.For control experiment, the effect of dopamine on adenylate cyclase activity in liver cells was observed. The result shows that dopamine significantly stimulates adenylate cyclase activity in vitro. The activity is strengthened with the increasing of the medical doses.
