| 摘 要： | 探讨Ki-67抗原在肾细胞癌中的表达及预后。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测52例手术切除后的肾癌标本中的Ki-67抗原表达并进行随访。结果:Ki-67增殖指数(阳性细胞在肿瘤细胞中所占的百分比)与肾癌临床分期、病理分级呈显著相关(F=27.57,P<0.0001)。Ki-67指数与肾癌预后相关,将Ki-67指数分为三个等级:A<10％,B10％～30％,C>30％,用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存率曲线并进行Log-rank检验,表明三组生存率曲线均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:Ki-67增殖指数能较好地反映肾癌的恶性度并能评估预后,是一个较为理想的反映细胞增殖状态的指标。 |

THE EXPRESSION OF Ki-67 ANTIGEN IN RENAL CELL CARCINOMA AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH PROGNOSIS |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the significance of Ki-67 antigen expression in renal cell carcinoma. Methods:The expression of Ki-67 antigen was investigated in 52 case of RCC with SABC immunohistochemistry method. Results:Ki-67 exponent had significant positive correlation with clinical stages and pathological gradings(P≤0. 001). It was also related with theprognosis of RCC. Ki-67 poternent was divided into 3 grades: A<10% ,B10%～30% ,C>30% ,The survival rates anony the 3 grades had significant difference(P<0.001). Conclusion:Ki-67 exponent might be regarded as an ideal markers that judge malignant extent and prognosis of RCC. |
