糖尿病病人与康复期精神分裂症病人自我和谐与应对方式的对比研究

目的 探讨糖尿病病人与康复期精神分裂症病人自我和谐与应对方式的现状及二者是否存在差异。方法 用自我和谐量表和应对方式问卷对病人进行问卷调查，并对调查的结果进行分析。结果 糖尿病病人的总体和谐度高于康复期精神分裂症病人的总体和谐度，主动毛求解决问题的能力及自责、求助行为高于康复期精神分裂症病人，二者合理化因子分低，康复期精神分裂症病人尤甚。结论 慢性病人的自我和谐能力均有不同程度的降低，与其心理障碍有关，应注重心理治疗。

The Comparison Study of Self Comistency and Congruence and Coping Style of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Rehabilitation Schizophrenic Patients

Objective To explore self consistency and congruence and coping style of patients with diabetes mellitus and rehabilitation schizophrenic patients and if there is difference between them. Methods Patients with diabetes meUitus and rehabilitation schizophrenic patients were investigated with self consistency and congruence scale and coping style questionnaire, The results were analysed. Results The degree of self consistency of patients with diabetes mellitus is higher than those of rehabilitation schizophrenic patients , the ability of solving problem and the behavior of condemning oneself, seeking help of patients with diabetes mellitus are more than those of rehabilitation schizophrenic patients, the score of rationalizing factor is low, especially in schizophrenic patients, Conclusions The ability of self consistency is decreased in different degree in patient with chronic disease, which associated with psychological disorder and psychological therapy should be payed more attention.
