摘    要:本文用亚硝酸盐形成法和硫代巴比分酸法测定了肺癌患者、肺部良性疾患者及健康人血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平。结果表明:随癌变发生,宿主血清SOD活力逐渐下降,健康组与肺部良性疾患组相比,后者呈下降趋势,二者无显著差异(P>0.05);与肺癌组相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05).血清LPO水平测定结果表明:随病变进展,血清LPO水平明显升高,尤以癌症组为甚,组间有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。LPO/SOD比值随病变进展呈显著升高趋势,健康组和良性疾患组与肺癌组间均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。各组人群血清SOD活性与LPO含量间均呈负相关:回归方程,正常组为:Y=16.97-0.28x;良性组为:Y=16.68-0.20x;肺癌组为:Y=17.87-0.34x。随SOD活力下降,LPO水平升高。肺癌组呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。提示:SOD活性及LPO水平与疾病发生和发展可能存在量的关系。检测人血清SOD活性和LPO水平将有助于肺癌的诊断及治疗。

Abstract:The supewhde dismutase (SOD) achvity and lipid perotides (LPO) level in the seam werepatients with nitrite methed and theobaxbituric acid method in the patients with be orinoma and thepatients with benign lung disease and the health control. The results were as follows: The serum SODactivity in the pateins with lung carcinomas was significanily lower(P < 0. 05) than tha of the healthcoed and tha of the patients with forgn he diseases. On the contrary, as to SOD activities, the serumLPO levels in the same subects incnd swtcanlly (P < 0. 01 ). There was sthe negagtiveds betwee SOD ashvities and bo levels in all group.The herth control was Y= 16.97 - 0.28x .The patients with benign lung diare was Y = 16. 68 . 0. 20x .The patients with he cancer wasY = 17. 87 - 0. 34x. The sertnn LPO/SOD in the Patients with lung oninomas was significandy highe(P <0.05) than that of the health control and tha of the wients with benign lung for. It showedthat there possibly the imbalance of peroxide/antioxide in the patients with lung cancer. Thehighe im levels coul be attribed to the dectrase of SOD achvities.
