弥散加权磁共振成像在超急性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值

急性脑血管意外(脑卒中)是常见多发病,起病急,进展快,预后差,占死因之首位。其中脑梗死占脑卒中的80%～85%,具有高发病率、高病死率、高致残率的特点,近10%的患者可于发病急性期内死亡,其早期诊断是及时有效治疗的关键。现就磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)对超急性脑梗死早期诊断及其临床价值进行综述。

Application Value of Diffusion Weighted Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnosis of Superacute Cerebral Infarction

Acute cerebral accident(Cerebral apoplexy) is the common frequently encountered disease with Acute onset,rapid proceeding,poor prognosis occupying number one in causes of death,among which cerebral infarction occupying about 80%～85% with high incidence rate,high case fataity and high rate of mutilation,of which about 10% patients will be died in its acute stage,so its early diagnosis is the key of effective therapy in time.This article reviews DWI about its clinical value in the early diagnosis of super acute cerebral infarction.
