综合护理干预对60例胃息肉患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对胃息肉患者生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析120例胃息肉患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各60例,比较两组患者的生活质量差异。结果:两组患者护理干预前的总体生活质量评分比较,无明显差异性;经综合护理干预后,观察组患者的情绪、角色和躯体功能及总体生活质量明显高于对照组,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针对胃息肉患者进行综合护理干预,可以明显提高其术后的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

The influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on 60 cases of gastric polyps patients quality of life

Objective： To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with gastric polyps. Methods： retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 120 cases of gastric polyps in 2012 December to 2013 December in our hospital were, according to different nursing method, the patients were divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in the control group, the observation group of 60 cases, comparison of quality of life between two groups of patients. Results： overall quality of life scores of two groups of patients before nursing intervention, no significant difference ; the comprehensive nursing intervention, observation group of 60 patients with emotional function, role function, physical function and general quality of life was significantly higher than the control group, by comparison, P＜0. 05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： comprehensive intervention for patients with gastric polyps, can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
