中药鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:建立鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草两种药材的化学指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Inertsil ODS-SP C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),水-甲醇10%~100%梯度洗脱40min,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长280 nm。结果:分别建立了鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草的指纹图谱,显示出特征峰。结论:HPLC指纹图谱中各峰分离度较好,方法具有良好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,为鸡骨草和毛鸡骨草的化学有效成分的异同及替代安全性问题研究提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis method for Abrus cantoniensis and Abrus Mollis.Methods Inertsil ODS-SP column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used,with gradient elution by the mobile phase consisted of water-Methanol 10-100%.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results The offingerprint of A.cantoniensis and A.Mollis were established,which show some common peaks between them.Conclusion The characteristic peaks are selected with good resolution,and the method is accurate and stable.It can be used for the study of the similarities and differences of chemical active ingredients between A.cantoniensis and A.Mollis.
