无创呼吸机联合普米克令舒治疗重症支气管哮喘28例临床观察

目的:探讨无创呼吸机联合普米克令舒治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取重症支气管哮喘患者56例,随机分为两组,对照组患者入院后给予氨茶碱、糖皮质激素、静脉补液等常规治疗;观察组患者在以上基础上结合无创呼吸机正压通气和普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗。观察对比治疗前后两组患者的血气变化。结果:观察组患者治疗后临床症状改善明显,SaO2和PaO2水平显著提高,PaCO2水平逐渐降至正常值,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗总有效率达到93.3%,对照组总有效率仅为80.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:对重症支气管哮喘患者应用无创呼吸机联合普米克令舒治疗临床效果明显,缩短了住院时间,改善了临床症状,安全性较高,值得推广。

Clinical analysis of non-invasive ventilator joint Pulmicort treatment of severe bronchial asthma

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilator joint Pulmicort treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Methods 56 cases in our hospital with severe bronchial asthma in March 2013 -2014 in March admitted,were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of patients after admission theophylline,corticosteroids.Blood gas changes observed two groups of patients before and after treatment comparison.Results The clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly,significantly increased the level of SaO2 and PaO2 ,PaCO2 gradually reduced to normal levels,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;observe the total efficiency of the treatment group 93.3% （28/30）,the total efficiency of the control group was only 80.8%（21/26）,the difference was significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Patients with severe bronchial asthma noninvasive ventilator joint Pulmicort clinical effect is obvious,shorter hospital stay,improved clinical symptoms,high security,it is worth promoting.
