病例启发式教学法在病理学教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨病例启发式教学方法在病理学教学中的应用。方法在我校2008级中专护理班中随机抽取4个班级分为对照组和实验组,在病理学的教学中对照组采用传统注入式教学方法,实验组采用病例启发式教学法,比较两组的教学效果。结果实验组学生对教学效果的评价及学习成绩均高于对照组。结论病例启发式教学法有利于提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的分析推理能力,促进课堂师生互动,提高教学质量。

Abstract:
Objective Discuss the application of cases heuristic teaching methods in pathology teaching. Methods In our school level 2008 technical secondary school class for nurse,four classes were enrolled and divided into experimental group and control group.In pathology teaching,the control group adopted traditional spoon-feed case teaching method and the experimental group adopted cases heuristic teaching methods,the teaching effect of two groups was compared. Results In experimental group the students′ evaluation of teaching effect and their learning scores were all higher than those in control group. Conclusion Cases heuristic didactics is propitious to raise students′ interest in study and cultivate students′ analysis reasoning ability,promoting the classroom teachers and students to interact,improve the quality of teaching.
