后路椎管减压钉棒系统内固定术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的术后护理

摘    要:
目的探讨后路椎板开窗减压并钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的护理方法。方法采用后路椎管减压钉棒系统内固定术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者87例,并评估神经功能恢复情况。实施一系列护理措施,并定期随访。结果本组87例患者治疗转归:术后随访10-24个月,平均15个月,均无术后并发症发生。10-12个月再次住院行内固定取出术2例,达到了重新行走、生活及工作的能力。结论经后路椎管减压钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折,围术期系统的护理措施及健康教育能够保证该项技术的顺利实施。能有效改善患者术后的生活质量。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the posterior laminectomy decompression and internal fixation of thoracolumbar burst fracture care in the screw and rod system.Methods With posterior spinal decompression screw rod system fixation in the treatment of 87 cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture patients,and to assess the recovery of neurological function.The implementation of a series of care measures,and regular follow-up.Results Treatment and outcome of 87 patients in this group:All patients were followed up for 10 to 24 months,an average of 15 months,there was no incidence of postoperative complications.10 to 12 months again hospitalized line two cases of fixation and extraction,to achieve the ability to walk again,to live and work.Conclusion The posterior decompression screw and rod system fixation for thoracolumbar burst fractures,perioperative care measures and health education to ensure the smooth implementation of the technology.Can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
