原因不明发热148例病因分析

目的 探讨原因不明发热的病因及其临床特点。方法 回顾性分析2001年1月～2005年12月在我院住院且符合原因不明发热（FUO）诊断标准148例患者，进行病因分析。结果 148例FUO患者，经各种检查或诊断性治疗，最终明确诊断者136例，确诊率为91．9％，常见病因为感染性、自身免疫性、肿瘤性疾病等，获确诊的主要方法是血清学／细菌学、诊断性治疗、组织活检、影像学等。结论 FUO的病因繁多，临床表现复杂；感染性疾病是本组FUO患者的主要病因，自身免疫性和肿瘤性疾病在本组FUO病因中也占相当比例；大多数FUO经仔细的临床检查和分析最终可明确诊断。

Clinical Analysis of 148 Cases of Unknown Fever

Objective To investigate the etiologies of fever of unknown origin(FUO)and its clinical characteristics.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed from patients with FUO hospitalized in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2005.During that period of time,148 cases fulfilled the criteria of FUO,to analyze the causes.Results Out of the 148 FUO cases,after various exami- nations and specific treatment the definite diagnosis was finally make in136 patients(91.9%).The most common causes of FUO were in- fections,autoimmunes,tumors disease.The diagnostic aids were blood/bacteria culture,specific treatment,tissue biopsies and radiotomy. Conclusions All cases have complicated etiologies and clinical characteristics.Infection is the main cause of FUO,autoimmunes and tumors were also major causes.Most of the patients with FUO were diagnosed finally with various examinations and careful analysis.
