优化输液流程在儿科门诊输液室中的应用

目的：探讨优化输液流程在儿科门诊输液室的应用效果.方法：运用无线输液管理系统、开展预约输液、配备生物安全柜,优化门诊输液流程.记录优化输液流程后护理差错、平均输液等待时间、患儿家属满意度情况,并与2010年同期数据进行比较.结果：优化输液流程前后护理差错、平均输液等待时间和患儿家属满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：优化儿科门诊输液流程有利于提高护士工作效率,减少护理安全隐患,为患儿及家属提供更优质的护理服务,提高患儿家属满意度.
