浅谈“开四关”论治肝郁证

肝郁证是中医脏腑证候中常见证候之一,其临床常表现为情志抑郁、胸胁胀满、善太息等。肝郁证见于多种中西医病证中,且以中年女性更为多见,严重影响患者的心理及生理健康。笔者在临床实习治疗中,发现"开四关"在治疗肝郁所致疾病中疗效显著,然其治病机理尚未明确。故笔者现将"开四关"治疗肝郁所致疾病的临床研究及其机理进行总结和分析,以供后续研究进行,并更好地服务于临床。

Simple Discussion about Treatment of Syndrome of Lver-qi Stagnation by "Open Four Gates"

Liver depression is one of common syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,whose manifestation include mental depression,fullness in chest,deep sigh and so on.Liver depression is founded in many Chinese and western medicine syndrome,is more common in middle-age women,which severely affects the patients' psychological and physiological health.In clinical practice,the writer founded that " open four gates" was effective in treating liver depression,but the mechanism of which is not yet clear.So in this paper,the writer will make a summary and analysis of the clinical research and the mechanism of " open four gates" in the treatment of liver depression for subsequent research and better service in clinical practice.
