慢性乙型肝炎患者血清ImeAg表达和HBVDNA水平与肝脏病理变化的相关性研究

目的：研究慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中乙型肝炎病毒e抗原（HBeAg）和乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸（HBVDNA）水平与肝病理分期分级的相关性。方法：对167例慢性乙型肝炎患者行肝穿刺活检，同时检测HBVDNA和其它肝炎病原学标志。结果：HBeAg的表达与肝炎症分级和肝纤维化分期之间无明显相关（P〉0．05）；血清HBVDNA水平与肝炎症变化无明显相关（P〉0．05）；S0和s4两组之间血清HBVDNA含量有显著差异（P〈0．05），其余各组之间则无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论：乙型肝炎患者血清HBeAg表达和HBVDNA水平与肝组织病理炎症分级和纤维化分期之间无明显相关性。血清HBeAg表达与否和HBVDNA水平高低不能单独作为判断肝组织病理变化程度的指标。

Reserch on Serum HBV DNA Level and HBeAg in Evaluating Liver Dmnage of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum HBeAg, HBV DNA levels and hepatic histopathologic impairment which consisted of the grade of liver inflammation and the stage of the liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Liver puncture for histopathologic examinations were performed in 167 patients suffering from chronic hepatitis B. The quantitative analysis of serum HBV DNA and hepatitis B markers were also evaluated, Results: Neither the grades of liver inflammation nor the stages of liver fibrosis were correlated with serum HBeAg expression. No correlations were found between serum HBV DNA levels and the grade of liver inflammation. Only HBV DNA levels were different from stage 0 to stage 4. Conclusion: There were no significant correlation between HBeAg, HBV DNA levels and the hepatic histopathologic impairment which included the grade of liver inflammation and the stage of liver fibrosis. The expression of HBeAg and the quantitative analysis of HBV DNA could not be used to evaluate liver histopathologic impairment in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
