固冲止血汤治疗更年期崩漏临床分析

目的探讨固冲止血汤治疗更年期崩漏的疗效。方法回顾分析52例患者的临床资料。结果本组52例速效25例;显效17例;有效7例;无效3例;总有效率为92％。结论现代医学认为更年期崩漏属于无排卵型功能性子宫出血,其主要原因是体内雌激素水平的逐减和垂体促性腺激素的增加等因素引起的内分泌失调造成的,治疗目的是制止出血,无须考虑排卵功能和月经周期。通过本组观察,固冲止血汤治疗更年期崩漏,见效快,无不良反应,值得临床应用。
