社区卫生服务中心管理体制多元化的研究

通过文献分析法对现阶段社区卫生服务中心几种典型的管理体制进行了研究。分析结果显示,由于各个社区具体情况的不同,管理制度也呈现出多元化发展的趋势。尽管每一种管理体制都取得了一定的成就,但是它们仍然存在各自的优缺点。通过分析各种管理体制的特点,以期为建立一个比较完善的社区卫生服务中心管理体制提供理论基础。

Study of diversified management system of community health service centers

Several typical management systems of community health service centers were studied through literature analysis. The analysis results showed that the management system also presented the diversified development trend because of the different communities and circumstances. Although some achievements have been achieved by all management systems,they had both advantages and disadvantages. The article is helpful to provide certain theoretical basis for establishing a relatively perfect management system of community health service centers.
