| 摘 要： | 目的观察平痤宁胶囊的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀，角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀模型观察平痤宁胶囊的抗炎作用。结果连续3d口服平痤宁胶囊对小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠足肿胀模型均有明显的抑制作用（P〈0．01）。结论平痤宁胶囊具有较好的抗炎作用，并呈现一定的量效关系。

Anti-inflammatory Effects of PingCuoNing Capsule |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of PingCuoNing Capsule. Methods The anti-inflammatory effects were studied by xylene-induced ear edema in mice and carrageenin-induced paw edema in rats. Results PingCuoNing Capsule for 3 d（i. g. ） had an obvious inhibiting effect on mouse and rat edema models,it had raised the inhibitory rate compared with control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions PingCuoNing Capsule has significant anti-inflammation on animal models and shows obviously dose-effect relationship. |
