| Abstract: | Studies in recent years have suggested that right cerebral hemisphere may have regulation effects on the language process of left cerebral hemisphere. This article reviews the compensation mechanism of predominate hemisphere during aphasia following right hemisphere stroke and the influence of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of right cerebral hemisphere on language rehabilitation. |
