股前外侧游离皮瓣修复治疗足部皮肤软组织缺损的效果

目的探讨股前外侧游离皮瓣修复在足部皮肤软组织缺损治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月本院收治的74例足部皮肤软组织缺损患者作为研究对象,并依据其治疗意愿分为两组,各37例。对照组接受植皮联合负压引流治疗,研究组接受股前外侧游离皮瓣修复治疗。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)评分、皮瓣成活情况及血管危象发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组AOFAS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组皮瓣成活率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血管危象发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股前外侧游离皮瓣修复治疗足部皮肤软组织缺损患者可缩短手术时间,提高皮瓣成活率,促进足部功能恢复,同时可减少血管危象情况,加快患者康复进程。

Effect of free anterolateral thigh flap on repairing skin and soft tissue defects of foot

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of free anterolateral thigh flaps in the treatment of foot skin and soft tissue defects.Methods 74 patients with skin and soft tissue defects of the feet who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to their treatment wishes, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received skin grafting combined with negative pressure drainage treatment, and the study group received free anterolateral thigh flap repair treatment.The operation time, hospital stay, American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS) score, flap survival and vascular crisis were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the AOFAS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the survival rate of the skin flap in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of vascular crisis in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The anterolateral thigh free flap repairing patients with foot skin and soft tissue defects can shorten the operation time,increase the survival rate of the flap, promote the recovery of foot function, reduce the vascular crisis, and speed up the patient’ s recovery process.
