校企融合的中药学专业流程化实训教学与创新创业教育的相关性研究

摘    要:高等院校创新创业教育是高校教育的重要组成部分。中药学专业教育与创新创业教育相融合能够更好的提升教育质量,加强双创教育的连贯性、目的性。“校企融合”的中药专业流程化实训教学体系是在拓宽中药学专业实践性教学的基础上,增加了创新创业教育的元素,两者相互依存,在专业知识中找创新点,在创新中巩固、运用专业知识。结合本校中药学教改课程体系的开展情况,从创新创业教育的开展情况、校企融合的中药学专业流程化实训教学过程、中药学流程化实训教学与创新创业教育的有机结合实践与成果、如何将中药学专业课程的教学与创新创业教育相结合等几个方面进行论述。以期为中药学专业教育的发展、培养合格的创新创业型专业性人才提供一些可行的探索。

Abstract:Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities are important part of college education. The integration of Chinese pharmacy education and innovation-entrepreneurship education can better improve the quality of education and strengthen the coherence and purpose of dual education. The "school-enterprise integration" process-based training and teaching system of Chinese medicine is based on broadening the practical teaching of Chinese medicine, adding elements of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The two are interdependent, and innovation is found in professional knowledge. Consolidating and applying professional knowledge are from innovation. Based on the development of the reform curriculum system of Chinese pharmacy in this school, from the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the school-enterprise integration of Chinese pharmacy professional process-based training teaching process, the organic combination process of Chinese pharmacy process-based training teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education, how to Combining the teaching of Chinese pharmacy professional courses with innovation and entrepreneurship education and other aspects are discussed. It hopes to provide some feasible explorations for the development of Chinese pharmacy professional education and training qualified innovative and entrepreneurial professional talents.
