| 摘 要： | 用柱层析法分离得到国产ＭＤＭ的二个成分，其结构经波谱分析和其它理化性质的分析，证明是ＳＦ－８３７Ａ１和ＬｅｕｃｏｍｙｃｉｎＡ６，质谱结果表明，它们都含有碳霉氨基糖，碳霉糖和内酯环。 |

| Abstract: | The present paper presents evidence as to the structure of macrolide antibiotics SF-837A1 and LeucomycinA6 which were isolated from home-made MDM by classical column chro-matograph. Mass spectrometry of two macrolides, SF-837A1 and teucomycinA6 revealed thateach is compased of the elements of mycarose, mycaminose and macrocyclic lactone. |
