| 摘 要： | 目的 观察五味子乙素(Sch B)诱导的HSP27和HSP70对小鼠肝损伤的保护作用.方法 采用扑热息痛(APAP)小鼠肝损伤模型,Sch B和槲皮素给药后检测血清转氨酶水平,Western blot法检测小鼠肝脏HSP27和HSP70的表达.结果 Sch B在APAP模型小鼠显著诱导HSP27和HSP70的表达及降低小鼠血清转氨酶水平,槲皮素可抑制上述作用.结论 Sch B可通过诱导小鼠肝脏HSP27和HSP70的表达而发挥保肝作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protective effect of Schisandrin B(Sch B) on liver injury by inducing heat shock protein 27/70 in mice. Methods The mice treated with acetaminophen (APAP) were administered with Schisandrin B or quercetin,and then ALT and AST were determined and HSP27/70 was detected by Western blot. Results The Sch B inducing expression of hepatic HSP27/70 and decreasing ALT/AST were all reversed by quercetin.
