激光诱导击穿光谱技术结合化学计量学在中药质量控制中的应用进展

中药质量控制在确保中药安全有效方面发挥着极其重要的作用，传统的液相色谱、气相色谱等分析手段难以实现快速、无损的质量控制，光谱技术能较好地弥补传统方法的缺陷。激光诱导击穿光谱法（LIBS）具有可携带、快速无损等特点，能实现样品中多种元素的同时检测，目前已应用于中药质量控制中。对LIBS的检测原理、装置构造进行介绍，归纳LIBS数据处理和建模方法，并对LIBS在中药产地溯源、真伪鉴别、含量测定、重金属检测方面的应用进行总结，分析LIBS现存的挑战和问题，展望LIBS在中药领域的应用，为其在中药质量控制中的实际应用提供参考。

Application and Progress of Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy Combined With Chemometrics in Quality Control of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays an extremely important role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of TCM. Traditional analytical methods such as liquid chromatography and gas chromatography face challenges in achieving rapid and non-destructive quality control, and spectroscopic technology can provide a promising solution to overcome the limitations of traditional methods. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is characterized by its portability and rapid non-destructive capabilities, and can realize the simultaneous detection of multiple elements in samples. LIBS has been applied to the quality control of TCM. In this paper, the detection principle and apparatus construction of LIBS were introduced. Then, the data processing and modeling methods were summarized. The application of LIBS in the geographical traceability, authenticity identification and heavy metal detection of TCM was illustrated. The existing challenges and problems of LIBS were analyzed. Finally, the application of LIBS technology in the field of TCM was prospected. This review provides a reference for the practical application of LIBS in the quality control of TCM.
