| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨腹腔镜治疗盆腔脓肿的可行性。方法 :总结盆腔脓肿 11例患者的临床资料 ,通过观察按患者病情采取腹腔镜术式治疗的结果 ,评价腹腔镜治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效及可行性。结果 :11例患者经腹腔镜治疗 ,盆腔炎症状、体征缓解治愈 ,无 1例发生并发症。结论 :腹腔镜治疗盆腔脓肿 ,患者创伤小 ,康复快 ,是安全可行的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscopy on pelvic abscess.Methods:11cases of pelvic ab-scess who received different laparoscopic operations according to their respective conditions and the outcomes of the opera-tions were analyzed to study the feasibility and therapeutic effectiveness of laparoscopy.Results:All patients showed re-mission of pelvic inflammation and physical sign.No complication occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopy in treating pelvic abscess is feasible for its safety,minimal invision and quick recovery. |
