人力挤压腓肠肌对下肢静脉回流的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨人力挤压腓肠肌对下肢静脉回流的影响。方法用彩色超声多普勒检测20例40侧健康成人股静脉分别在静息状态、足踝主动运动及人力挤压腓肠肌状态下的静脉血流峰速度。结果足踝主动运动、人力挤压腓肠肌时的股静脉回流峰速度明显高于静息状态下股静脉回流峰速度,经ANDVA方差分析,F=23.596,P〈0.005,差异有统计学意义。结论人力挤压腓肠肌能促进下肢静脉回流。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of manpowered gastrocnemius extrusion on venous reflux of the lower extremities. Method Test the peek speed of vein blood for 20 cases (40 sides) of adult femoral vein in condition of resting, active movement of ankle and manpowered gastrocnemius extrusion by color Doppler ultrasonography. Result The peek speed of femoral vein blood in condition of active movement of ankle and manpowered gastrocnemius extrusion are obviously higher than the speed in condition of resting. There is significant difference by ANDVA analysis, F = 23. 596, P 〈 0. 005. Conclusion Manpowered gastrocnemius extrusion can improve the venous reflux of the lower extremities.
