| 摘 要： | 粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT)在人类医学史上已有超过1700年的历史.近年来,由于肠道菌群研究的发展,FMT受到越来越多的关注.许多成人临床试验表明,FMT可用于治疗复发性艰难梭菌感染(recurrent clostridium difficile infection,RCDI)、炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel dis-ease,IBD),但目前无广泛的临床研究来说明FMT用于治疗儿童相关疾病的作用.该文主要就FMT治疗儿童RCDI、IBD等临床应用进行综述.

| Abstract: | Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)is a therapy with a histroy at least 1700 years.In re-cent years,due to the fast progresses made in the research area of gut microbiome,FMT has attracted more atten-tion.Many clinical studies in adult have shown that FMT is an effective treatment for recurrent clostridium diffi-cile infection(RCDI)and inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),however there is limited information available in children's diseases.This review will cover published studies looking at FMT therapy in children,for both pediat-ric RCDI and IBD. |
