| 摘 要： | 分泌性中耳炎为耳鼻咽喉科常见病、多发病，是造成听力损失的原因之一。本文分别从分泌性中耳炎的病因、发病机制、治疗等方面做一综述，同时关注儿童和成人分泌性中耳炎各自的发病特点，以期对指导治疗有所帮助。 |

| Abstract: | The otitis media with effusion is a common and frequently-occurring disease,which is one of the causes of hearing loss in the department of Otolaryngology.The article gives a review and summary of the otitis media with effusion from its etiology,pathogenesis and therapy respectively,meanwhile,it pays attention to respective clinical characters in children and adults,which is helpful to guide treatment. |
