深圳市中学生生殖健康教育医校联合模式探索

摘    要:
目的 评价医校联合模式在中学生生殖健康教育领域的应用效果.方法 于2016年3至9月,采取知情自愿的原则,随机抽取了深圳市福田区5所中学医校联合模式干预前后,在校高中生1 050名进行匿名问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析.结果 受检学生中有58.02%首次接触性教育的时间主要在初中时期,与学生的需求相符.干预后学生的生殖健康知晓率有一定程度的提高,其中常见生殖心理健康问题及遗精现象知晓率提高明显,差异均具有统计学意义(x2值分别为18.71、12.50,均P <0.05).干预后受检学生异性交往心理状况改善明显,其中选择团体活动的学生百分率由干预前的55.49%上升至66.18%(x2=24.81,P<0.05);对中学生恋爱现象持反对态度的学生由干预前的4.66%上升至34.87% (x2 =296.63,P <0.05),持赞同态度的同学由干预前尚未60.06%下降至28.13%(x2=213.74,P <0.05);在有异性表白的情况下,考虑接受的学生百分率由干预前的54.42%下降至34.78%(x2 =80.71,P<0.05),表示明确拒绝的由干预前的27.89%上升至45.09%;差异均具有统计学意义(x2=65.90,P<0.05).结论 医校联合干预模式对提高中学生生殖健康知识知晓率、心理健康水平、态度及行为的改变具有一定的效果,可有效提高青少年生殖健康水平,值得进一步推广应用.

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the applied effect of combined mode of school and hospital on reproductive health education of junior high school students.Methods From March to September in 2016,1 050 junior high school students in Futian district of Shenzhen City,chosen by random cluster sampling method in 5 high schools,were surveyed before and after the intervention mode of school and hospital with consent and willingness principle.The results were analyzed.Results First contact of sex education of 58.02% of surveyed students was in their teens.It matched the needs of students.After intervention,awareness of reproductive health was improved to some extent,especially the improvement on awareness of common reproductive health questions and seminal emission.The differences were statistical significant (x2 value was 18.71 and 12.50,respectively,both P < 0.05).After intervention,psychology conditions of surveyed students had been significantly improved.Ratio of choosing to participate group activities increased from 55.49% to 66.18% (x2 =24.81,P < 0.05).Proportion of junior high school students who were against dating increased from 4.66% to 34.87% (x2 =296.63,P < 0.05),and that of those who supported dating decreased from 60.06% to 28.13% (x2 =213.74,P < 0.05).The proportion of students who accepted dating declined from 54.42% to 34.78% when he or she was proposed (x2 =80.71,P < 0.05),and that of those refused increased from 27.89% to 45.09% after intervention (x2 =65.90,P < 0.05).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Intervention mode of school and hospital has a certain impact on improving awareness of reproductive health knowledge and psychology health level,and changes in attitude and behavior of junior high school students.It can effectively improve the adolescent reproductive health level,which is worthy to be further popularized and applied.
