上鼻道窦口复合区临床解剖学研究进展

近年来，随着功能性内镜鼻窦手术的广泛开展，国内外对窦口鼻道复合体（ostiomeatalex，OMC）解剖变异的研究已经较为深入，但目前临床诊疗中发现了一些新的问题，即OMC正常或病变较轻，而上鼻甲、上鼻道、蝶筛隐窝、嗅裂区病变较重。以上问题越来越受到临床医师的重视。一些国内外相关文献将此区域定为上鼻道窦口复合区（superior meatus complex area，SMCA）。此区域包括上鼻甲、上鼻道、蝶筛隐窝、嗅裂区、后筛、蝶窦等主要结构。本文将对该区域的病变类型、毗邻结构的断面解剖变异及发病机制进行综述，旨在为临床工作提供较为详尽的解剖学资料。
