下肢机器人结合悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫儿童的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 研究下肢机器人结合悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能障碍的治疗效果.方法 运用随机数字表法将符合条件的52例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组26例.对照组采用常规康复训练,治疗组在常规康复训练基础上加入下肢机器人及悬吊训练,治疗均为1次/日,每周训练5天,共治疗3个月.治疗前和治疗后采用粗大运动功能测量表(GMFM88项)及Berg平衡量表进行评定.结果 对照组和治疗组患儿3个月后GMFM88项测评分别为7.18±2.76、12.15±3.70,Berg平衡量表测评分别为6.52 ±3.18、9.75±3.06,治疗组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能及平衡功能测评分值均高于对照组(t值分别为3.59和2.89,均P<0.05).结论 在常规康复训练基础上运用下肢机器人及悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫粗大运动功能障碍的改善更明显.

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic effect of lower limb robot combining sling exercise therapy (SET) on movement dysfunction of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods Using random number table,52 cases of spastic cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group and control group with 26 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the treatment group was provided with lower limb robot and SET based on conventional rehabilitation training.Treatment was given 1 time a day and 5 days a week with total course of 3 months.Before and after treatment gross motor function measure (GMFM 88) and Berg balance scale were used for assessment.Results After treatment for 3 months,GMFM88 score of the control group and the treatment group was 7.18 ± 2.76 and 12.15 ± 3.70,while score of Berg balance scale was 6.52 ± 3.18 and 9.75 ± 3.06,respectively in the control group and treatment group.Scores of gross motor function and balance function in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (t value was 3.59 and 2.89,respectively,both P < 0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional rehabilitation training,gross motor dysfunction improvement is more obvious by using lower limb robot and SET for spastic cerebral palsy.
