| 摘 要： | 制备了低分子肝素明胶口服制剂 ,考察了复合物及制剂的各种性质 ,由差热分析和红外分析可表明复合物与混合物不同。并进行了初步药效学实验 ,实验表明低分子肝素明胶复合物及制剂经口给药 ,均能明显延长小鼠凝血时间 |

| Abstract: | The oral dose form of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) gelatin was prepared in this paper. The propertise of the LMWH gelatin complex and its dose form were investigated. The test of DTA and infrared spectrophotometry showed the complex and the mixture were different forms. Primary pharmacodynamics test was studied. It showed the LMWH gelatin complex and its oral dose form both could significantly prolong cogulation time of mice. |
