后路减压侧块内固定术治疗多节段颈椎管狭窄症疗效观察

目的该文将对多节段颈椎管狭窄症患者进行临床回顾性分析,所有患者均通过后路减压侧块内固定手术进行治疗,并探讨其治疗效果,为临床提高多节段颈椎管狭窄症患者的治疗效果与生活质量提供可靠依据。方法对多节段颈椎管狭窄症患者给予术前常规麻醉以及手术准备后,进行后路减压侧块内固定手术治疗,记录患者治疗结果。结果 26例多节段颈椎管狭窄症患者经后路减压侧块内固定手术治疗后,其JOA评分情况较治疗前改善率〉50%人数为22例,所占比例为84.62%,具有较为满意的治疗效果,且术后发生并发症的患者仅为7.69%,未出现内固定断裂、脱出等情况,患者植骨愈合率为100.00%。结论对多节段颈椎管狭窄症患者进行后路减压侧块内固定手术治疗,患者植骨愈合情况良好,JOA评分较术前有明显改善,且未发生内固定脱出以及断裂等情况,患者术后并发症发生率较低,具有较为满意的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Posterior Decompression and Lateral Mass Fixation for the Treatment of Multiple Segmental Cervical Canal Stenosis Curative Effect Observation

Objective The cervical canal stenosis patients were retrospectively analyzed, and all patients with posterior decompression and lateral mass fixation operation for treatment, and to explore its therapeutic effect, to improve the clinical cervical canal stenosis patient outcomes and quality of life and provide a reliable basis. Methods Multiple segmental cervical canal stenosis patients given routine preoperative anesthesia and operation after preparation, for posterior decompression and lateral mass fixation operation treatment, patients with documented treatment outcome. Results 26 cases of cervical spinal canal stenosis by posterior decompression and lateral mass fixation operation after treatment, the JOA score were improved after treatment rate of more than 50% to 22 the number of cases, the proportion of 84.62%, has a more satisfactory curative effect, and the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with only 7.69%, does not appear internal fixation of fracture, such as patients with prolapse, bone graft healing rate was 100%. Conclusion Multiple segmental cervical canal stenosis underwent posterior decompression and lateral mass fixation operation for treatment of patients with bone graft healing, in good condition, compared with preoperative JOA score has improved significantly, a：nd did not occur within the fixed extrusion and fracture, postoperative complications was low, with a more satisfactory curative effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
